One of our premiere Style O’clock muses represents those who have chic personal style. She defines her style as MINIMALIST, CHIC and CLASSY.
She is a business woman, foodie, coffeeholic, wine lover, reader and a muay thai fan since 2016. She is also an advocate of Unicef PH.
Let’s get to know her personal style better.
Style o’clock: Was it easy for you to find your fashion style? Or did you have many fashion faux pas before finding it?
Kel: Yes, it was easy for me. I kind of always know what I like and want to wear. Though it does change time to time. And no, i don’t believe in fashion faux pas. Dressing up and having your own fashion statement is an art. There’s no right or wrong, just make sure you are wearing an appropriate outfit to the event that you’re going.
SOC: Who are your fashion icons?
K: Rachel Zoe, Blake Lively and Victoria Beckham
SOC: Do you have favorite fashion brands?
K: Zara, Prada, Gucci, Charles & Keith, Chiara Ferragni, Tommy Hilfiger, Aquazurra and Calvin Klein, Tony Bianco, Burberry, Dior
SOC: Where do you usually shop?
K: I’m an online shopper. But i go to Greenbelt and Shangrila if we’re talking about a physical mall.
SOC: What’s your go-to outfit when you have nothing to wear?
K: V-neck shirt, deep V sleeveless & distressed pants/black skinny pants and mules
SOC: When you envision a perfect ootd, what does it look like?
K: Chic and color-coordinated with a pop of color or texture either on my accessories or shoes
SOC: What’s the most daring/most unconventional outfit have you worn?
K: Just a knee-length buttoned trench coat and a bra (no bottom)!
SOC: Have you worn something that you now regret (esp when there are pictures of that outfit?)
K: Yes! Hahaha! Imagine me in a moss green satin turtle neck last 2008. I looked like a teenager trying to look like a mother or an adult. So inappropriate. Uuuugggh! Hahaha
